Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
SRED Consultants Inc. is committed to ensuring our website (getsred.ca) is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our services and information, regardless of ability.
We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), which requires organizations to identify and remove barriers for persons with disabilities. We also aspire to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, as described under Known Limitations below. We are actively working toward full conformance.
3. Accessibility Features on This Site
We have implemented the following accessibility features on getsred.ca:
Semantic HTML5 markup for improved screen reader compatibility
Sufficient colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements accessible without a mouse
Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
Alternative text provided for all meaningful images
Responsive design adapts to all screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
Clear, consistent page structure with descriptive headings
Forms include associated labels for all input fields
Error messages are descriptive and programmatically associated with form controls
No content flashes more than three times per second
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on this site may not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The following known limitations have been identified:
Embedded Calendly Widget
The third-party Calendly scheduling widget may not be fully accessible. We are monitoring Calendly’s accessibility roadmap and encourage users who experience difficulties to contact us directly to book a consultation.
PDF Documents
Some downloadable documents (if applicable) may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to remediate these documents and provide accessible alternatives upon request.
Complex Animations
Certain page animations may not fully respect the user’s prefers-reduced-motion system setting. We are actively working to improve this.
